Dr. Rosie Strouse
PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, Cert. MDT
In 2018, Rosie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University where she also met her future husband, Jack. Her area of expertise is in orthopedics as she became an orthopedic certified specialist (OCS) in 2020 following her Orthopedic Residency through Arcadia University in 2019. She also is McKenzie certified and has her COMT specializing in manual therapy. In her free time, she is a competitive cheer and tumbling coach, training all ages and levels. Her combined experience in physical therapy and competitive cheerleading allow her to better treat and understand sport-related conditioning and treatment. Outside of working, Rosie enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, playing with her corgi, and going on walks with her family.

Dr. Jean Scott
PT, DPT, OCS, Cert MDT, ART, AIB-VR
Jean graduated from Arcadia University in 2003 with her doctorate in physical therapy. She is an orthopedic specialist and has a special interest in the spine. She has her McKenzie, ART, and Graston certifications and has completed her Mulligan Concept training for the spine and extremities. She also loves helping patients with their vestibular/dizziness symptoms and is certified in Vestibular Rehab by the American Institute of Balance. Jean loves to do a detailed evaluation to get the real cause of your symptoms!

Dr. Emma Pole
PT, DPT
Prior to becoming a PT, Emma worked as an exercise technician at Core 3 Physical Therapy, at numerous of the locations. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Misericordia University in 2022. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Misericordia University in 2025. She specializes in pelvic floor PT, and is looking forward to learning from Herman and Wallace courses. Professionally, she plans on completing the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Outside of the clinic, Emma enjoys painting her nails, spending time with her family and friends, reading, and going on mini-adventures with her fiance.
