Dr. Tyler Semchuk
PT, DPT, Cert. MDT
Tyler graduated from Penn State University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. In 2022 Tyler graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Drexel University. Tyler was previously an exercise technician for Core 3 prior to starting PT school, and has been a physical therapist here since graduating. He has a focus in orthopedics and obtained his McKenzie certification in 2024. He has plans of obtaining his OCS and COMT certification in the future. He currently lives in Philadelphia, PA in Northern Liberties. Tyler enjoys golfing, exercising, music, spending time with his dog Bella, Penn State Football, and all Philadelphia sports, especially the Sixers.

Dr. Ethan Lizak
PT, DPT
Ethan graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2019 with a bachelor’s of science in Kinesiology. In 2024 Ethan graduated with a Doctorate in physical therapy at Drexel University. Ethan has an interest in orthopedic physical therapy and looks forward to helping improve patients quality of life and return to performing the activities they love. He enjoys coaching wrestling, lifting, hiking with his dog Kato, and watching Philly sports in his free time.

Dr. Emily Hegyi
PT, DPT
Emily graduated from University of Delaware in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. In 2024, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. Emily has an interest in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and is taking courses through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She plans to work towards certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosing and Therapy in the future. In her spare time, Emily enjoys reading, baking, and hanging with her cat, Dan.

Dr. Lauren Cuccinello
PT, DPT
Lauren graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Saint Joseph’s University in January 2025, where she also completed her undergraduate degree in Health Science/Pre-Physical Therapy in 2023. Lauren has an interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation and is taking courses through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She plans to work towards certification in Mckenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosing and Therapy in the future. Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys trying new foods, exercising, spending time with her two cats, and hanging out with friends and family.

Dr. Nick Zysk

Nick graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s of Health Science with a Pre-Physical Therapy Tract. In 2025 Nick graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton. Nick has an interest in orthopedic physical therapy and plans to work towards his certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosing and Therapy in the future. Nick enjoys golfing, lifting, music, watching all Philadelphia sports, but the Eagles are his favorite team.

Amanda Achepohl
Amanda lives in Perkasie with her husband, two daughters, and energetic shepherd lab mix, Penny Lane. When not running around grocery shopping or attending her children’s sports activities, she enjoys reading, hiking, and dancing. Amanda has a passion for Mexican food, new experiences, and the Philadelphia Eagles. Go Birds!
