Danielle

Owner

Danielle Knippenberg, Cert. MDT, PT, MPT, GCS, PRPC, WCS

Hatfield/Hilltown, PA

Danielle is the proud owner of CORE 3 Physical Therapy, LLC (CORE3PT.com) since 2015. Her clinic has the unique opportunity to provide pelvic floor treatment in addition to treating common orthopedic conditions. She works with a variety of patients including women, men, and children treating symptoms such as pre and postpartum symptoms, generalized pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, voiding/fecal dysfunctions and incontinence.

Caleb

Lead Clinical Therapist

Caleb Knippenberg, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, Cert. MDT

Caleb obtained his Orthopedic Clinical Specialty degree recognizing his advanced knowledge in the field of Orthopedics. Caleb continued his pursuit of education obtaining his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2016. He recently received his Certificate of Orthopedic Manual Therapy after taking numerous courses related to mobilization and manipulation. Caleb is our lead clinical therapist and in charge of orthopedic treatment at CORE 3 Physical Therapy.

Laura

Physical Therapist

Laura Bishop, PT, DPT, ATC, EMT, LSVT BIG, OCS, Cert MDT, Cert. in Vestibular Therapy

Laura graduated from Temple University’s Physical Therapy program in May 2017. Her current area of interest is orthopedics and she is an orthopedic certified specialist (OCS). Laura is also a certified vestibular therapist.She studied under one of the top vestibular therapists during her time at Temple and applies what she learned here at CORE 3.

Physical Therapist

Catherine Apicella, MPT, PYT, PRPC

Catherine has over 15 years of experience in varied clinical settings, including acute care, pediatrics, aquatics. Shortly thereafter,Catherine realized her true passion: pelvic floor health. She has since completed coursework in pelvic floor rehabilitation and the Herman and Wallace certification program. She lives in Pipersville with her husband and 2 boys, and enjoys practicing yoga, reading, and exploring her new surroundings in her spare time.

Shannon

Physical Therapist

Shannon O’Brien, PT, DPT
Shannon graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Neumann University in 2019. She has past experience treating Neurologic patients across all spectrums with a special interest in stroke rehabilitation, but recently joined Core 3 as their newest pelvic floor therapist and is working toward her PRPC (Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification). Her passion in PT is patient education, and functional interventions to help people reach their most meaningful goals.
Rosie

Physical Therapist

Rosie Strouse, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, OCS

In 2018 Rosie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University,specializing in both orthopedics and chronic neurological diagnoses. Her area of focus is in orthopedics as she recently became an orthopedic certified specialist (OCS) in 2020 while also being McKenzie certified.In her free time, she is a competitive cheer and tumbling coach, training all ages and levels. Her combined experience in physical therapy and competitive cheerleading allow her to better treat and understand sport-related conditioning and treatment.

Bill

Physical Therapist

Bill Dunne, PT, DPT

Bill graduated from Misericordia University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy in December of 2019. Before going to college, he grew up in Collegeville, PA with his parents and three younger siblings and attended Perkiomen Valley High School where he graduated in 2012. During his time at Misericordia, Bill volunteered at the university’s pro-bono clinic and at Rock Steady Boxing, which focuses on HIIT training with patients that have Parkinson’s Disease. He currently has an interest in orthopedic physical therapy and pain science education, which was his student research focus. It is currently Bill’s professional goal to obtain certifications in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosing and Therapy, Orthopedic Specialist Certification, and Manual Therapy Certification.

Physical Therapist

Aaron Alderfer, PT, DPT

Aaron graduated from West Chester University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Pre-Physical Therapy. In 2019 Aaron earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Widener University where he earned a spot in the National Honor’s Society for his time spent working in the Chester Community Physical Therapy Pro-bono Clinic practicing his skills treating a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological diagnoses. Aaron completed a 10 week clinical rotation with CORE 3 Physical therapy prior to graduation, where he expanded his knowledge in orthopedics and manual therapy. Aaron has a focus in orthopedics and has professional goals to obtain further certifications in manual therapy including the MDT, COMT, and OCS.

Charles

Physical Therapist

Charles Baldi, PT, DPT

Charles first began his undergraduate studies at Cairn University where he received a one-year Bible and Israel Certificate in 2011. After receiving his Kinesiology degree from Temple University in 2014, Charles worked as a medical assistant at Precision Pain Management Center under a physiatrist and chiropractor where he developed and implemented an exercise therapy program to add to their practice in his first year. At Core 3 Physical Therapy Charles is furthering his knowledge of orthopedics by pursuing an advanced certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosing and Therapy following which he plans to pursue an Orthopedic Specialist Certification and Manual Therapy Certification. In his free time Charles loves spending time with his family and continues to act as a substitute gymnastics coach at Spirit Gymnastics.

Physical Therapist

Aase Pedersen, PT, DPT, LVST BIG, RSB

Aase (pronounced “ACE-uh”) is a 2020 graduate of Arcadia University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program and has a BA in Psychology from Temple University. During her work as an aide at a local PT clinic, she developed a passion for working with people with Parkinson’s Disease, which she has expanded with LSVT BIG and Rock Steady Boxing certifications. Her current focus at Core 3 is Pelvic Floor PT, in which she is continuously increasing her training and knowledge. In her free time, Aase likes to stay active with running and hiking, and she sings in The Philadelphia Chorus. She also teaches yoga and loves spending time with her soon-to-be husband, friends, and family.

Dave

Physical Therapy Assistant

David McGuane, PTA

David graduated from Villa Maria College in 2013 with an Associate of Applied Science – Physical Therapy Assistant degree and is a licensed PTA in both New York and Pennsylvania. David gained additional experience as a PTA working at a five star rated long term care/sub-acute rehabilitation facility. David has also completed continuing education courses with an emphasis in orthopedics. He is trained in the Graston technique, and recently received his Maitland certification.

Sam

Office Manager-Hatfield

Samantha Pagel, MBA

Sam graduated from Gettysburg College in 2015 with her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. While at Gettysburg, Sam was a member of the Women’s Basketball Team while also serving as Captain her senior year. Sam gained interest in physical therapy through her love of sports and began gaining experience in the field as an exercise technician working in physical therapy outpatient facilities. She is now the Office Manager of CORE 3 Physical Therapy managing multiple areas of the clinic. In 2020, Sam earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate degree from Gwynedd Mercy University with a specialty focus in Healthcare Administration. In her free time Sam loves going to CrossFit and coaching basketball.

Sara

Office Manager-East Norriton

Sara Genuardi

Sara graduated from Arcadia University in May of 2016 with her Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Her interest in physical therapy stemmed from her lifelong dance career. She started dancing when she was young and continued taking classes throughout college. Sara taught ballet to younger kids, which sparked a passion for helping people improve in the journey toward reaching their goals. Working at CORE 3 has given her the opportunity to do that and more. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, trying out new restaurants and hiking.

Jess

Exercise Technician

Jessica Plageman

Jess graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biobehavioral Health. Her passion for helping others and physical health has led her to the field of Physical Therapy. She hopes to go back to school for her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. In addition to working at CORE3, Jess is a group fitness instructor at her local gym.

Rebekah Hughes

Rebekah graduated from high school in May 2018 after being homeschooled her entire life. Her interest in physical therapy comes from her dance career and previously being a CORE 3 patient. Working at CORE 3 has given her the opportunity explore a new field and help others. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, reading, and watching football.

Clay-Koniencki

Clay Koniencki
Clay graduated from Monmouth University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Studies. At Monmouth, Clay was a member of the University’s baseball team. His passion for physical therapy comes from his passion in helping others and his athletic career. Clay plans on getting his Master’s Degree in Athletic Training from Monmouth University starting in the summer of 2020. During the time before school, Clay hopes to learn more about overall health and wellness.
Anisa

Exercise Technician

Anisa Madani
Anis currently attends Temple University majoring in Health Professions: Physical Therapy and minoring in French. Her interest in Physical Therapy stems from her love of learning about the human body and helping others. Anisa also volunteers at Thomas Jefferson Hospital at the PACU department which has helped her expand her knowledge about her career. After graduation, Anisa plans on continuing her education in professional school and obtaining a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Anisa began at CORE 3 Physical Therapy shadowing other therapists. She wanted to be more involved in helping patients and is happy to be a part of the team.

Alina Koniencki
Alina graduated from Perkiomen Valley High School in 2019. She now studies at Montgomery County Community College, majoring in Nursing.  Her interest in physical therapy comes from her love of helping others. Working at CORE 3 has helped her gain more knowledge in her studies. In her free time, Alina enjoys working out, listening to podcasts, and painting.
Shannon

Shannon Hurley

Shannon graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology in May of 2020. She plans to continue her education to become a DPT in the future. Her interest in PT stems from being an Irish dancer for 15 years and going through multiple physical therapy programs herself. She has also volunteered at medical daycares where she learned of her love for pediatric physical therapy, which she hopes to specialize in. Shannon hopes to gain more exposure and experience in the field of physical therapy in order to enhance her skills and education as a future physical therapist.

Amanda

Amanda Shafer

I currently attend Temple University and I am majoring in Biology. I am interested in a career in Physical Therapy because I enjoy leaning about the biomechanics of the human body and I like working with and helping people. I have worked at an overnight camp for children with Muscular Dystrophy and I am excited to continue my exposure in the field of physical therapy. I plan on furthering my education by attending graduate school once I have graduated.
