Dr. Audrey Giannone

PT, DPT

Audrey received her B.S. degree in Kinesiology from Temple University in 2012. In 2018, she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Audrey specializes in orthopedic conditions ranging from post-operative rehab, sports injuries, and chronic low back pain. She’s certified in Graston technique, has taken multiple myofascial release courses, and has completed certifications for care of running athletes. Audrey grew up dancing, and continued to perform in a club dance team while attending Temple. Prior to returning to school and while attending PT school, she was a personal trainer for various gyms in the Philadelphia area. Outside of work, she enjoys running and spending time in the outdoors with her husband, son, and two active dogs.

Manisha Choudhary

PT, MPT

 Manisha belongs to the North India, Punjabi Family. She graduated from Kurukshetra University (2006-11) and completed Masters in Neurology (2011-13) from LPU, Punjab. During her masters, she completed an international publication ie. A Review Study. She is a certified member of IAP (Indian association of Physiotherapists). Throughout her career as a PT she has worked in all different setups like intensive care units, Outpatient and in association with Inpatient occupational therapy team for treating Dysphagia. She has worked with a chiropractor and an osteopathic practitioner as well. She has been a part of many health camps to spread awareness and to provide free services in rural and urban areas of India. Manisha has completed her certification for Dry Needling in Myofascial pain syndrome Module-1 in 2016. She has worked as a freelancer home health PT. Her biggest passion is to take away someone’s pain and help them in their healing journey to make it easy and successful.

Dr. Chandni Patel

PT, DPT, PCES

Chandni graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Physical therapy from Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy, India, in 2021. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the United States in 2024. Chandni has a strong interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation and is furthering her education through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She earned her Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist (PCES) certification in 2025, allowing her to provide specialized care for individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Outside of the clinic, Chandni enjoys traveling, trying different cuisines, working out, going on long walks with my husband and reading books.

Marissa Divirgilio

Marissa graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology. She enjoys crafting, baking, puzzles and spending quality time with her loved ones. She is very passionate about helping improve the lives of others to enjoy it to the fullest with those they love.

Lead Exercise Technician

Gina Seaman

Gina graduated from Eastern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Always playing sports, participating in collegiate basketball, and being president of the Exercise Science club, Gina always had a passion for health and wellness. Working in the field for over 10 years, her experience has led her to CORE3 and helping others live their healthiest lives without limitations. Outside of work, Gina enjoys going on hikes with her husband, and being cuddled on the couch with a good book.
