Jess graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biobehavioral Health. Her passion for helping others and physical health led her to CORE 3 in December, 2017 where she started as an exercise technician. Outside of CORE 3, Jessenjoys being outdoors and spending time with her daughters, husband, and their dog, Sadie.

Sabrina graduated from Cheltenham High School in 2009. Sabrina is currently in school to obtain her degree in Healthcare Administration. Sabrina has healthcare experience for over 10+ years, where she became interested in running her own facility one day. Her hobbies include making skin care products and cooking. Sabrina enjoys spending time with her family and her son. Sabrina is excited to have joined the CORE 3 family and is looking forward to spending many years here.

Noah recently graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in the sciences. He hopes to gain experience as well as learn some new things along the way. Noah aims to gain a few years of experience in a physical therapy setting before applying to a physical therapy graduate program. Noah enjoys going for hikes, golfing, and taking care of his animals in his free time.

Michaela graduated from Ursinus College with a degree in health and exercise physiology and will be attending Arcadia University in the fall to pursue her DPT degree. She has interests in pelvic floor therapy, geriatrics, and pediatrics. During her free time, she enjoys drawing, traveling, and training her service dog Ivy.

Owen is from Doylestown and is a recent graduate from West VIrginia University with a bachelors in Health & Well-Being. I am a senior at North Penn high School, and at the end of the year I will be going off to West Virginia University to study Exercise Physiology. I plan to get my degree and then continue my studies in medical school, in hopes of becoming a trauma surgeon! In my free time I like to fish, do hot yoga, hang out with my friends, and attend my highschools’ sports games. In addition to Core 3, I also work at an ice cream shop. I choose to work at Core 3 because of the family-like atmosphere and the great experience it will give me in college!

Priana is a sophomore at Pennridge High School. After high school, she plans to attend college and become a Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedics. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, reading, going shopping or doing pilates! Gracie is a senior at Mount Saint Joseph Academy and will be attending the University of Florida as a Biology major in the fall. She hopes to get her degree on a pre-med track and attend medical school to become a surgeon. She loves to play soccer, run, and spend time with friends and family in her free time. Erin is a senior at West Chester studying sports medicine. She has taken sports medicine classes since she was in high school and got to do projects where she trained all ages and specialties. Erin’s favorite was working on motor skills with the toddlers. She is a very active person, always have something to do, somewhere to go and people to see. She love trying new workouts so is usually working out. Erin also loves being in the water either at the beach jumping waves or at a lake on the boat!

In her free time she enjoys weightlifting, going to the beach, hanging out with friends and family and watching Philly sports.

Karli will be a Drexel graduate with her Bachelor’s degree this upcoming spring (26′) majoring in psychology and double minoring in health sciences and child development. She plans to attend graduate school and receive her doctorate in Pediatric Occupational Therapy. At Core 3 she hopes to gain knowledge in rehabilitation and patient care. During her free time you’ll normally find her reading some sort of suspense book, out for a walk, or creating and testing out new and unique cocktail recipes for her family and friends.

Sam graduated from Marist College in 2022 with a degree in communications. Sam currently works as an assistant coach for the Pennridge girls basketball team and previously worked as a personal trainer. As an exercise tech, he hopes to gain valuable insight and experience in the world of physical therapy. In his free time, he plays basketball and cheers on the Knicks, Giants and Phillies (and knows how unusual that combination is).

Sophie graduated from the University of Delaware in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Behavior Science. She is currently taking a few gap years to gain patient care experience before applying to Physician Assistant programs. Exercising and moving her body has been an important aspect of her life for as long as she can remember, and she loves working in a field that promotes movement as medicine. In her free time, Sophie loves going to the gym, reading, baking, skiing, doing arts and crafts, and spending time with my family, friends, and dog, Pollie.
