Jess graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biobehavioral Health. Her passion for helping others and physical health led her to CORE 3 in December, 2017 where she started as an exercise technician. Outside of CORE 3, Jess enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her daughters, husband, and their dog, Sadie.

Noah Fox
Noah recently graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in the sciences. He hopes to gain experience as well as learn some new things along the way. Noah aims to gain a few years of experience in a physical therapy setting before applying to a physical therapy graduate program. Noah enjoys going for hikes, golfing, and taking care of his animals in his free time.

Michaela graduated from Ursinus College with a degree in health and exercise physiology and will be attending Arcadia University in the fall to pursue her DPT degree. She has interests in pelvic floor therapy, geriatrics, and pediatrics. During her free time, she enjoys drawing, traveling, and training her service dog Ivy.

Owen Connor
Owen is from Doylestown and is a recent graduate from West VIrginia University with a bachelors in Health & Well-Being. He hopes to gain knowledge and experience in the physical therapy field that can be applied towards a future career in healthcare. In his free time he enjoys weightlifting, and playing ice hockey.

Emily is currently a student at Central Bucks South High School. She is interested in pursuing Physical Therapy and is gaining knowledge on what the profession is like in real world settings. Emily enjoys baking for her friends and family and playing violin for school musicals.

Ali Reed
I am a senior at North Penn high School, and at the end of the year I will be going off to West Virginia University to study Exercise Physiology. I plan to get my degree and then continue my studies in medical school, in hopes of becoming a trauma surgeon! In my free time I like to fish, do hot yoga, hang out with my friends, and attend my highschools’ sports games. In addition to Core 3, I also work at an ice cream shop. I choose to work at Core 3 because of the family-like atmosphere and the great experience it will give me in college!

Emily went to Chestnut Hill College and has her bachelor’s degree in digital media with a minor in marketing. She enjoys running and working out. Her and her husband enjoy walking their Golden Retriever. She’s a fan of all Philly sports! She loves the summer and the beach. She also loves spicy foods!

Priana is a sophomore at Pennridge High School. After high school, she plans to attend college and become a Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedics. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, reading, going shopping or doing pilates! She chose to work at Core 3 in order to gain hands-on experience working with patients, and the community-like atmosphere.

Mackenzie recently graduated from Penn State with a BS in Kinesiology and is currently applying to physical therapy grad schools. She is excited to work at CORE 3 and gain more knowledge and experience that she can apply in her future career.

Gracie is a senior at Mount Saint Joseph Academy and will be attending the University of Florida as a Biology major in the fall. She hopes to get her degree on a pre-med track and attend medical school to become a surgeon. She loves to play soccer, run, and spend time with friends and family in her free time. Gracie is excited to work at CORE 3 in hopes of expanding her knowledge in the field and to gain excellent patient experience.

Caroline is currently attending Saint Joseph’s University, pursuing a Health Science degree. She is excited to gain experience that she can apply later in her career in healthcare. In her free time, Caroline enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and going to the beach!

Lana is a senior at Temple University with a major in Health Professions. She plans to graduate this fall 2025, one semester early! Lana hopes to attend a Physical Therapy school for graduate school next year and receive her DPT degree within the upcoming years.

Mikayla is currently a rising Senior at the University of Delaware studying Kinesiology! She hopes to continue to PT school once she is done with her time in undergrad. In her free time she is involved in a dance club at school and loves to read and go for walks! Mikayla’s interests for PT in the future involve pediatrics and orthopedics!

Erin McKiernan
Erin is a senior at West Chester studying sports medicine. She has taken sports medicine classes since she was in high school and got to do projects where she trained all ages and specialties. Erin’s favorite was working on motor skills with the toddlers. She is a very active person, always have something to do, somewhere to go and people to see. She love trying new workouts so is usually working out. Erin also loves being in the water either at the beach jumping waves or at a lake on the boat!

Zach currently attends Arcadia University pursuing a B.S in Health Sciences. After graduating, he plans on attending grad school to become a Physical Therapist. Zach hopes to gain experience that will help him to excel in both school and in his career.

Jabreea Boxley
Jabreea is currently a student-athlete at Thomas Jefferson University, majoring in health science/ pre- physician assistant studies. She hopes to gain experience and knowledge at Core 3 and one day become an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant. She is a part of the Cheerleading team at her school and babysits young children on the weekends. When she has free time you can find her binge watching tv shows, going on walks with friends and exploring new places in center city.

Jenna recently graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics where she was a student-athlete on the rowing team. She is currently taking a gap year where she hopes to gain knowledge and patient experience to apply to a future career in healthcare. In January 2026 she will be interning abroad in Rome. In her free time she enjoys weightlifting, going to the beach, hanging out with friends and family and watching Philly sports.

Karli Walton
Karli will be a Drexel graduate with her Bachelor’s degree this upcoming spring (26′) majoring in psychology and double minoring in health sciences and child development. She plans to attend graduate school and receive her doctorate in Pediatric Occupational Therapy. At Core 3 she hopes to gain knowledge in rehabilitation and patient care. During her free time you’ll normally find her reading some sort of suspense book, out for a walk, or creating and testing out new and unique cocktail recipes for her family and friends.

Sam graduated from Marist College in 2022 with a degree in communications. Sam currently works as an assistant coach for the Pennridge girls basketball team and previously worked as a personal trainer. As an exercise tech, he hopes to gain valuable insight and experience in the world of physical therapy. In his free time, he plays basketball and cheers on the Knicks, Giants and Phillies (and knows how unusual that combination is).

Sophie Jaskolka
Sophie graduated from the University of Delaware in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Behavior Science. She is currently taking a few gap years to gain patient care experience before applying to Physician Assistant programs. Exercising and moving her body has been an important aspect of her life for as long as she can remember, and she loves working in a field that promotes movement as medicine. In her free time, Sophie loves going to the gym, reading, baking, skiing, doing arts and crafts, and spending time with my family, friends, and dog, Pollie.
